About Our Company

Management Team

 

The Dillon Group has been in business since 2002 and is made up of Tony and Janet Dillon. Together, they manage and finance the building process while avoiding real estate fees and high interest charges.

 

Janet is President of The Wilson Company and has been managing and developing real estate since 1991. She is on the board at the City Planning Commission in Little Rock and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

 

Tony spent 30 years with AT&T in various leadership capacities. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Greater Little Rock.

 

Today, The Dillon Group is focused on delivering quality homes in the Little Rock area. Since January of 2010, the team has completed more than 50 successful projects, including 22 custom homes.

We offer flexible floor plans and a variety of home styles and exterior elevations. All of our models come with standard and bonus features included in the cost. We provide clients with a list of allowances during the build and our team is available to help with this selection process.

 

After breaking ground, a typical build takes between 5 and 6 months. We obtain competitive bids on each project, and also consult and refer to other professional designers, architects, and decorators as needed.

 

Our matured relationships with reliable suppliers and sub-contractors allow us to meet our clients quality and value expectations. Further, the volume of business that we do enables us to deliver our homes at lower prices than most builders in this market.

After completion of the project, you will receive a full one-year written limited warranty. This protects your home on all workmanship and materials unless otherwise covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty.

We are able to finance multiple ongoing projects and provide low to zero interest construction loans. This “turnkey” construction process reduces the cost, paperwork, and timeline associated with building a home.
